What file formats do you accept?
STEP (.step/.stp) and IGES (.iges/.igs). We don't accept STL because it lacks the exact geometry needed for accurate pricing.
How is my price calculated?
We parse your CAD file for real volume, surface area, and stock size, then price material, machining time, setup, and finishing with our shop formula. No hidden fees.
What are your lead times?
Typically 5–10 business days depending on quantity and finish. Rush options available — contact us.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Your CAD files are confidential by default and never shared. Contact us for a signed NDA.
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard ±0.1mm. Tight tolerance ±0.02mm available on critical features — select it in the quote configurator.
Which payment methods do you support?
Credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and invoice/bank transfer. Volume customers can apply for net-30 terms.
